PT SESSIONS POLICIES
Booking & Payment

All PT sessions must be booked in advance.

Payment must be made prior to the session or via an agreed package.
​
Cancellation & Rescheduling
​

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel a session.

Cancelled sessions must be rescheduled within the same week.
​
Late Cancellations/Missed Sessions
​

If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or cannot be rescheduled within the week, the client is required to pay the full session fee.

This ensures fairness and secures the trainer’s time for all clients.

No-Shows

Clients who do not attend their scheduled session without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.
​
Package Sessions

Sessions purchased as part of a package are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling rules.

Expiry dates on packages apply from the date of purchase; unused sessions may not be carried forward beyond the package validity unless agreed in writing.

CLASSES POLICIES
Booking

All classes must be booked at least one week in advance, including Pay As You Go sessions.

Bookings are subject to class capacity limits (maximum 10–12 participants).

Payment

Pay As You Go clients can pay in advance or on the day.

Pay at the door incurs an additional £3 fee, provided there is enough space in the class.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel a class provided they reschedule to another class within the same week.

Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Late Cancellations/Missed Classes
