PT SESSIONS POLICIES

Booking & Payment

  • All PT sessions must be booked in advance.

  • Payment must be made prior to the session or via an agreed package.

​

Cancellation & Rescheduling

​

  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel a session.

  • Cancelled sessions must be rescheduled within the same week.

​

Late Cancellations/Missed Sessions

​

  • If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or cannot be rescheduled within the week, the client is required to pay the full session fee.

  • This ensures fairness and secures the trainer’s time for all clients.

​

No-Shows

  • Clients who do not attend their scheduled session without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.

​

Package Sessions

  • Sessions purchased as part of a package are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling rules.

  • Expiry dates on packages apply from the date of purchase; unused sessions may not be carried forward beyond the package validity unless agreed in writing.

CLASSES POLICIES

Booking

​

  • All classes must be booked at least one week in advance, including Pay As You Go sessions.

  • Bookings are subject to class capacity limits (maximum 10–12 participants).

​

Payment

​

  • Pay As You Go clients can pay in advance or on the day.

  • Pay at the door incurs an additional £3 fee, provided there is enough space in the class.

​

Cancellation & Rescheduling

​

  • Clients may cancel a class provided they reschedule to another class within the same week.

  • Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

​

Late Cancellations/Missed Classes
